Pearlywinks Affiliate Programme

Terms & Conditions

 

1. Overview

By joining the Pearlywinks Affiliate Programme, you agree to promote Pearlywinks products using your unique affiliate link in exchange for commission on qualifying sales.

 

2. Commission

Affiliates will earn 20% commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.

  • Commission is calculated on the product value only

  • Shipping costs and taxes are excluded

  • Commission is only earned on completed, non-refunded orders

 

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • Sales are tracked using your unique affiliate link

  • A referral must be made through your link in order for commission to be recorded

  • If a customer does not use your link, the sale will not be attributed to your account

  • Pearlywinks is not responsible for untracked or incorrectly tracked referrals

 

4. Payments

  • Commission payments will be made monthly on or around the 5th of the month. 

  • A minimum balance of £20 is required before payout

  • Payments will be made via PayPal

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details

 

5. Acceptable Use

Affiliates must promote Pearlywinks in a respectful and honest manner.

You must not:

  • Mislead customers about products or pricing

  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or aggressive sales tactics

  • Impersonate Pearlywinks or present yourself as the brand

  • Use paid ads that directly compete with Pearlywinks (e.g. bidding on brand name keywords)

 

6. Content & Promotion

  • Affiliates are encouraged to share genuine experiences and recommendations

  • Any promotional content should clearly reflect the Pearlywinks brand

  • Pearlywinks reserves the right to request removal of any content deemed inappropriate

 

7. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated

  • Affiliates must not resell, redistribute, or share digital products

  • Commission is still earned on valid digital sales made through your link

 

8. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Commission will not be paid on refunded, cancelled, or disputed orders

  • If a commission has already been issued for a refunded order, it may be deducted from future payments

 

9. Account Termination

Pearlywinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that:

  • Violates these terms

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour

  • Damages the Pearlywinks brand reputation

Any unpaid commission may be withheld in such cases.

 

10. Changes to the Programme

Pearlywinks may update commission rates, payment terms, or programme structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

 

11. Liability

Pearlywinks is not liable for:

  • Technical issues affecting tracking or links

  • Loss of earnings due to system errors or misuse

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
