Background wash with faux bleaching

So for this one, i used a large flat brush, to wet some Hot pressed watercolour card stock, then using the #WinkieInkies, picked up some colour and created a wash, moving across the card, and coming down the page, changing colour when required.

Once the wash was fully on the page, i then used a fan brush, picking up some clean water, and added some splatters to the card, leaving for a few seconds dabbing with a paper towel, revealing the faux bleached areas of the card.

I then added some of the lovely Tracey Hey's stamps to the background of the card, added some glossy accents to the heart stamps, to give them a kinda balloon like feel. Set them aside to dry.

While these were drying, i stamped the elephant onto another piece of card, using a stamp pad made with the #WinkieInkies, which i also used to paint the elephant, before fussy cutting it out, and adding some 3d foam to it, applying it to the card. Using a fine liner pen, i added lines to make it look like they were a bunch of balloons being held on to by the elephant.
